CELEBRATING OUR STUDENTS
This Fortnight's Awards focused on
Fairness
This is the value of MacKillop House named after Mary MacKillop.
Each fortnight we focus on one of our school values: Respect, Fairness, Generosity, Inspiration, Perseverance. We model and look for opportunities to teach our students values that underpin the way we believe we should live and interact with others and with our world.
Next assembly we will award students who have shown Inspiration. We are looking for examples of actions which inspire others to be their very best...

We will also award of Columba Shining Light October Award at our next assembly.

The Columba Shining Light Award is awarded to one student each month. As well as a certificate, the recipient receives a badge. This award is given to a student who shows consistent community spirit and outstanding leadership during their time at Columba. All staff are able to nominate a child for this award and the nominations are often discussed and decided on by school leaders.
We congratulate all students that have earned this award in the past and look forward to awarding many more students with this prestigious recognition.
