Uniform
At Columba we have a standard of dress of which the members of our school community can be justifiably proud. If your child is wearing incorrect uniform we ask that you contact your classroom teacher to let them know why. If there are any difficulties in obtaining the correct uniform then please contact the front office. We also supply second hand uniforms which can be organised through the front office.

The general practice of wearing uniforms during the year will be as follows:
Terms 1 & 4 Summer uniform (hats required)
Terms 2 & 3 Winter uniform
Terms 1 to 4 Sports uniform (including runners) on their sport day
Summer Uniform Includes
Option 1
Navy Shorts, Short sleeve Polo Shirt, V-neck Windcheater, Navy Socks, Black Leather School Shoes.
Sun Hat - Microfibre Hybrid Hat / Slouch Hat
Option 2
Summer Dress, V-neck Windcheater, White Socks, Black Leather School Shoes.
Sun Hat - Microfibre Hybrid Hat / Slouch Hat
Winter Uniform Includes
Option 1
Long pants, Long Sleeve Polo Shirt, V-neck Windcheater, Navy Socks, Black Leather School Shoes or Boots.
Polar Fleece Hat - optional.
Option 2
Tunic, Long or Short Sleeve Polo Shirt, V-neck Windcheater, Navy Tights / Long Navy Socks, Black Leather School Shoes or Boots. Girls may wear pants (boys or girls style) instead of a Tunic.

Runners (supply your own)
* At Columba we ask that all shoes be black shoes. They can be leather or black runners, as long as they are all black and do not have white soles. We recommend leather shoes as our grounds can be wet and leather shoes keep the children's socks dryer. ALL black shoes are okay.
Hats
Navy Blue Bucket or Legionnaire style – Hats are compulsory between the dates 1st September - 1st May each year
Hair must be neat, tidy and conservatively styled - this includes, but is not limited to, no: Mohawks, Rat’s Tails, Permanent Dye.
Unnatural hair colouring, either temporary or semi-permanent, is not permitted
Hair longer than shoulder length is to be tied back as a health and safety measure
It is at the school’s discretion to nominate what constitutes an ‘extreme’ or acceptable hairstyle
